An audit of the international price ladder surfaced a structural leak in currency parity. Built an internal tool to automate accurate pricing across markets — the loss stopped that quarter, and the framework has held since.

Designed and led the development of an internal platform that gathers the company's performance, operational, and financial standing into a single space — the instrument by which the founder and operating leadership now read the house.
